In 2008, the Total Soccer Club (TSC) Board of Directors has identified the need to restructure our club, its programs & centralize our club administration. Our mission every year is to continue moving forward to achieve our goals of providing your child with the highest level of coaching possible at an affordable cost, providing a club structure that makes participating in organized soccer practical for parents & players and providing an international club model for other soccer clubs to immulate. As a result, we have taken the following steps. We have built a direct relationship with the Springfield Demize Premiere Development League (PDL) team to foster the Mission of our organization and have created the new Total Demize Soccer Club (TDSC) & Total Demize Soccer Academy (TDSA). We have created a club pyramid that will help club players and supporters to better understand the International Club Model that will be implementing. We will also be opening an administrative office in downtown Springfield in the Landmark Building located at 309 North Jefferson, Suite 358.
In conjunction with the previously stated, the Board has also identified the need for additional professional coaching and to continue developing our own indoor & outdoor facilities. We have partnered with the Rogersville Sports Complex to help develop their recreational soccer program & five full sized soccer fields.
One way that our club has grown over the past year was offering a Practice and Weather Hotline (417-866-5750) that gives updates on practice times and cancellations. Another way that our club has grown was with the creation of a website that has almost a 1000 web hits each month. To further develop our organization and communication avenues, we have partnered with Demosphere & the Springfield Demize to introduce a professionally orchestrated website powered by Demosphere International Inc., an international soccer specific web hoster & website.
If you are new to club soccer or Total Demize SC, we are happy to talk with you about our program.
